...So I am quickly learning about all the local events in Redondo Beach. One of the bigger one's is the Redondo Beach Super Bowl 10K the first weekend in February. Apparently, my daddy and his friends do this race every year, so I decided to sign up...There are a bunch of different races, but i decided to sign up for the baby jogger division (

Most of daddy's friends are runner/triathlon people, except for one friend , Thunder Dan Young, who is more of a competitive golfer. I figure I have a decent chance against him....2 more weeks of training!!!! Check out my new baby jogger I got for race day...Stay tuned for results!!!!
RESULTS ARE IN....I MADE MY MOVE WITH A MILE TO GO AND DAN YOUNG RESPONDED WITH A STRONG FINISHING KICK IN THE LAST 100 METERS, I TRIED TO CHASE HIM DOWN, BUT LOST BY A COUPLE YARDS.... FINALS TIME WAS 46:10 (DAN YOUNG) TO 46:11 (ME AND DADDY)....EVEN THOUGH I LOST, I HAD A LOT OF FUN, DAN YOUNG, YOU ARE A MOST NOTE WORTHY COMPETITOR...UNTIL NEXT YEAR!
